Race Roster is an online event registration platform geared towards endurance events. We are looking for a (SFDC) administrator that will support the business operations of marketing, sales and support. Our team will ensure that the business organization is maximizing the usage of our sales, service, and marketing automation technology and delivering on our stakeholder’s needs. In this role, you will work with management and users to determine business requirements, provide administrative support and design/implement solutions on the platform.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide best practices on the use of (SFDC)
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Gather requirements/feedback from end users, discussing with the team and provide alternative ideas
  • Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features
  • Understand and handle basic visualforce/apex/trigger code changes and willingness to learn new features and drive adoptions
  • Manage and maintain security including sharing rules and security levels
  • Manage and administer other cloud applications connected with SFDC
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
  • Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes

Required knowledge

  • Experience with with experience in configuration, customization and reporting
  • Experience with sales, service cloud and communities
  • Possess an understanding of sales & service processes
  • Working knowledge on expanding solutioning with customizations involving Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, CSS
  • Hands-on experience on lead/account/contact/opportunity management/forecasting and various standard automation aspects in-built to the SFDC platform

Required skills & abilities

  • Self-starter, able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, meet tight deadlines and tolerate change and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness in completing tasks, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a cross functional teams

Required professional designation/certification

  • Post-secondary education in business or computer science or a related field
  • Certified SFDC system administrator
  • Minimum of 3-5 years as a SFDC system administrator
