All Training Plans are 4-weeks total, though you are welcome to book multiple months.
Please note, you can only book ONE service within a 24 hour period, so if you would like to book a second month or add-on an extra service to your plan (such as an in-person or virtual coaching session), you will need to wait 24 hours to do so!
