Frostbite Races COVID Certification and Release
iDaph Events is taking precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19 and to maintain a safe and healthy environment. In an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 at the Frostbite Races, it is imperative that participants who are sick or who have been exposed to COVID-19 report their situation to iDaph Events, stay home and follow the CDC recommendations. If you arrive at the Frostbite Run for the race, you understand that you are certifying the following:

I have not tested positive, I am currently not experiencing nor have I experienced within the prior 14 days any symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to, fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

I have not had close contact (within 6 feet for at least 10 minutes) in the last fourteen (14) days with anyone who has been diagnosed or tested positive for COVID-19.

I have not been advised by any health care provider to self-quarantine due to concerns related to COVID-19.

I have not been advised by the health department or any other federal, state, or local government official to self-quarantine due to COVID-19 (this does not include any state or local stay at home order).

Any participants at the Frostbite Races who cannot truthfully make the preceding certifications at the time of the race are in breach of contract and are subject to being permanently suspended from future events with iDaph Events.

All participants agree that they must wear a face-covering before and after they finish the race. Personal face coverings are permitted. If you do not have a face covering, they will be provided at the registration tent. Participants agree, to the extent feasible, to try to socially distance from one another while running at least six feet apart.

Participants are required to notify iDaph Events if they test positive for COVID-19, within 48 hours of the event.

I have read and understand the COVID-19 guidance by iDaph Events, found here on the iDaph Events website - https://idaph.net/covid-19-guidance-for-idaph-sport-events/
