A training plan with daily workouts designed specifically to maximize performance for first-time ultra athletes at the 50km or 50mile. Includes previously unpublished training tips as well as SQ50 course specific information. Designed by Coach Eric Carter and Coach/Race Director Gary Robbins. 50km and 50 mile plans are 19 weeks long and will be emailed by Dec 15.
