The 11th annual Got Energy Triathlon takes place in the beautiful Lake Neshonoc and surrounding West Salem neighborhood. It is a great fit for any ability, from beginners to elite. This event allows people to test their abilities at open water swimming, road cycling, and running. Athletes can compete individually or as teams.

From the first time triathelte to the competitve racer, we want everyone to feel safe, supportive and have fun.
These clinics, seminars and classes are aimed at providing valuable information to anyone and everyone. Please review the description and information regarding each one and attend whichever session would be of most benefit to you. TRIATHLON SWIM CLASS: MARCH - APRIL
18+ YEARS OLD
Class will consist of swimming drills and workouts.
Coaches will be available on the pool deck to offer tips and suggestions.

CLINICS
FIX A FLAT CLINIC
Date: Tuesday, May 6th, at 6:30pm
Location: River Trail Cycles (106 Mason St, Onalaska, WI)
Information: Bring your own bike. This is a hands on demonstration of how to fix a flat tire including: what tools to use, proper technique, how to use a CO2 cartridge, to save time and increase efficiency, and items needed to do this on the road.

Information: This is a great opportunity to gain insight on how the park will be set up on race day. There will be a discussion about how the transition area will be set up, where the swim start and finish areas will be, helpful hints regarding rules, equipment and race day set up will be covered. If you plan on staying for the Fix a Flat session, please bring your own bike.

Information: Our triathlon swim clinic is designed to help you reach your goals, whether you are an experienced or aspiring triathlete. The goal of this clinic is to refine swimming skills through swim stroke development and building endurance to improve your triathlon experience.
YMCA swim coaches are on the pool deck during the program guiding participants through swimming drills and workouts while offering helpful suggestions. Start training for your triathlon with the Y's triathlon swim clinic.
