• Mail in: To 2 Weberlyn Crescent, Conestogo N0B1N0 by Tuesday October 14 at 6:00 p.m.
• Drop off: At Runners’ Choice, 255 King St N, Waterloo by Tuesday October 14 at 6:00 p.m.
• Online: Right here at www.RaceRoster.com by Wednesday October 15 at 6:00 p.m.

After these dates, entries will only be accepted at Kit & Chip Pickup. All entry fees increase by $5 after pre-registration.

RACE WEEKEND - REGISTRATION AND KIT PICKUP

Race Kits & Chip Pickup will take place:

• Conestoga Mall (Main Entrance), Friday October 17, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Conestoga Mall (Main Entrance), Saturday October 18, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Conestoga Mall (Centre Court), Sunday October 19, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Registrations will be accepted at these times and locations.

10KM - 9:30 a.m. / 5KM - 9:35 a.m. Starting at Conestoga Mall and finishing at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (WMRC).

Directions to WMRC: From Hwy #401, take Hwy #8 West to Hwy #85 Waterloo to University Ave. W. to Albert St. to Caroline St. to Erb St. W. to Father David Bauer Dr. Father David Bauer Dr. is under construction, but still accessible from Erb. St. W. only (not Westmount Rd.). Note that access to Father David Bauer Dr. will be impeded by runners between 9:50 and 11:00am.

Directions to Conestoga Mall: From Hwy #401 take Hwy #8 West to Hwy #85 Waterloo to 550 King St. N. in Waterloo (look for the signs for the Mall).

Note: We recommend that participants park at WMRC and take the shuttle bus to the start at Conestoga Mall. Shuttle buses begin at 7:30 a.m. The last shuttle bus leaves at 8:50 a.m.

There are no shuttle buses after the race to take participants back to Conestoga Mall.

Runner’s gear will be transported from the start line at Conestoga Mall to the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (WMRC) and stored in a supervised area. Gear must be picked up by 11:30 a.m. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen articles. First Aid, change facilities and showers are available at WMRC.

Each KM is marked and is clearly visible. Times will be called at the Mile and 5 KM marks. Water Stations: 1 on the 5 KM course / 3 on the 10 KM course Courses are certified distances.

Only the first 1,400 entries will receive a FREE 2014 limited edition long-sleeve t-shirt. Register today – don’t be disappointed!

NOTE: A limited quantity of extra t-shirts will be available for sale. Makes a great gift or souvenir!

INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES (one only per participant)

• Age Categories: Up to 12 | 13 - 15 | 16 - 19 | 20 - 24 | 25 - 29 | 30 - 34 | 35 - 39 | 40 - 44 | 45 - 49 | 50 - 54 | 55 - 59 | 60 - 64 | 65 - 69 | 70 plus
• Weight Categories: Male 180 - 199 lbs, or 200 lbs plus Female 150 - 169 lbs, or 170 lbs plus

TEAM CATEGORIES (each participant can belong to any number of team categories)

• Parent/Child (2 person team)
• Spouses (2 person team)
• Corporate (min 3 person team)
• School (min 3 person team)
• NEW: Open (min 5 person team)

10 KM & 5 KM EVENTS - medals to:

• Top 3 overall Male and Female, Open & Masters (age 40 plus)
• Top 3 Male and Female finishers in each age and weight category, and
• 1st place team in each Team Category.

Prize Money to:

• Top 3 Males and Female, Overall and Masters (age 40): 1st - $100 2nd - $75 3rd - $50
• $100 in prize money will be awarded to the top Open team in any timed event in which there are at least 5 eligible teams in the official results.

Unclaimed medals will be available for pickup at Runners' Choice any time after Monday October 27, 2014.

• Free Saucony Shoes! Each individual collecting a minimum $500 in pledges will receive a pair of Saucony Jazz Running Shoes (retail value $119.95)

TEAM

• CORPORATE:
  • Entry Fee is $30 per person, and each team must raise a minimum $1500 in pledges.
  • Prizes for the top 3 corporate teams collecting the highest amount in pledges are:
  • 1st Place - a $500 gift certificate for a team party at Mother's Pizza Kitchener | 2nd Place - a $250 gift certificate for a team party at Zoup Cambridge | 3rd Place - a $100 gift certificate for sub sandwiches or pizza
• SCHOOL:
  • Entry Fee is $25 per person, and each team must raise a minimum $500 in pledges.
  • Prizes for the top 3 school teams collecting the highest amount in pledges are:
  • 1st Place - a $250 gift certificate to the store of your choice and a pizza party | 2nd Place - 25 specially crested t-shirts and a pizza party | 3rd Place - a pizza party
