USARA membership is required to participate. One time license ($8.00) will be available during registration.

Event Info
The Ultimate Carolina Adventure Race will be held in foothills of the Western Piedmont of South Carolina and McCormick County.
Two categories of the UCAR have been designed to challenge all levels of adventurers.
The SPRINT UCAR will cover approximately 14-24 miles with a finishing time of 4-6 hours, Racers will be required to locate pre-plotted check points while PADDLING (Approx. 5-8 miles), MOUNTAIN BIKING (Approx. 7-10 miles) and TREKKING/RUNNING (Approx. 3-6 miles).
The ADVANCED UCAR challenge is designed to cover between 45-55 miles in total, with a finishing time between 10-12 hours... Solo racers and teams of two, three & four members will face some of the most challenging obstacles that nature has in this region as well as a few special challenges designed by the KanDo Crew... In this challenge, Racers will be required to plot UTM COORDINATES (Orienteering) to locate check points while PADDLING (Approx. 12-15 miles), MOUNTAIN BIKING (Approx. 15-20 miles) and TREKKING/RUNNING (Approx. 18-20 miles).
