1/2 Marathon Course Map
Join us for a beautiful run through Historic, tree-lined streets, down Canandaigua's charming Main Street, along beautiful Canandaigua Lake, and through spacious city parks. We like to think that we're hitting all of the great places that make Canandaigua so beautiful!
The race begins at Canandaigua Primary School where there is ample parking (and plenty of rest rooms!). Runners will run through Baker Park and the neighborhoods of Canandaigua's North side before heading South and enjoying a steady decline towards the lake. It's a quick jog over to West Lake Road and then up a short incline up to Middle Cheshire Rd. Runners may be cursing the hill at first, but will be thankful to be headed down Butler Road instead of heading in the other direction! After a run along the lake it's back into town, up the steady but slight incline of Pearl Street, then on to the finish!
Although there are some hills on this course, organizers have taken great care in avoiding the steepest or most difficult routes. We think it will be easy to forget the miles you're traveling surrounded by the beauty of the streets and the lake that make up this course.
Please Note: The course will only be secured until 11:00am. After 11am water stations will remain open but runners will be asked to run on the sidewalks.
Runners may need to stop at intersections to wait for crosswalks to clear before proceeding.
Water stations will be located at miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12.
Gu is located at mile 6
Bathrooms are located at the start/finish line, miles 1, 4 & 10.

5k Course Map
The 5k mimics the 1/2 marathon route through Baker Park and Old Brookside. Parking is available at the Primary-Elementary School off West Gibson St.
Thank you for Supporting us!
Have friends who are runners? Get together 5 or more people and create a team. Half Marathon team members save $5 per person on registration! (5k participants save $3 per registration)
