Driving Directions
From Nashville: Take I-65 north to the Natcher Parkway (exit 20). Take the second exit (exit 5) left onto Russellville Road (68/80). Turn right onto Russellville Road (68E/80E). Turn left onto KY 880 (Veterans Memorials). Park entrance is on the left off Tomblinson Way.
From Louisville: Take I-65 south to the Natcher Parkway (exit 20). Take the second exit (exit 5) left onto Russellville Road (68/80). Turn right onto Russellville Road (68E/80E). Turn left onto KY 880 (Veterans Memorials). Park entrance is on the left off Tomblinson Way.
Accommodations
Holiday Inn is an official sponsor of the 2016 Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon. They are offering a discount on rooms for the weekend of the event at a rate of $95 a night. Individuals need simply to identify themselves as being with the Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon to receive this discount. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly (270-745-0088), calling Holiday Inn Reservation line at 1-800-HOLIDAY. BG Kids Triathlon
The 2016 Bowling Green Kids Triathlon will be held on Saturday August 20th at the Preston Miller Park /Russell Sims Aquatics Park.
There will be a free 1/4 mile run for kids 6 and under. The BG Kids Triathlon is for kids 7-14 yrs old. It will consist of a 100 yard swim, a 2 mile bike, and a 1 mile run.
