Race Information
Please arrive and park your car at the Covington City Park, 1 Park Avenue between 7:00AM & 7:30 AM and the shuttle will take you to the starting line which is at Pearl Street. Last shuttle leaves at 7:40 AM. The race will finish at Covington City Park.
Come out and run this beautiful area of Covington. Net proceeds for this event will be contributed to the Covington Alumni Association Scholarship Fund at the Western Indiana Community Foundation.
Race day registration fee MUST be paid in cash and ends promptly at 7:30am.
Kids’ Fun Run to take place immediately following the awards ceremony.
Your race packet will include: T-shirt, race bib, course map, and information on how to receive your run/walk times. If you are unable to pick up your packet, please allow yourself time to pick it up on race day at the registration table in the park.

Virtual Runners
Can't make it to our race? Run with us virtually! Virtual runners must register by May 19, 2018. You will be mailed your race packet that will include sponsors and race goodies: Race Shirt, Race Bib, Finisher's Medal and information on how to report your 5K time to the Covington 5K Race Committee. Your race packet will arrive by June 2, 2018.
Register as a Team!
Teams of 4 or more can compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as a team. Your finish time will still be placed in the individual awards.
Registration Race Morning: 7:00 AM. until 7:30 AM
5K Start: 8:00 AM.
On line registration will be closing at midnight on May 28, 2018.
The top three winners for the Men's Division and the Women's Division will receive medals. Age Group Medals will also be given to the top male and female finish in each age category:
9 & under
10-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60 + over
The first 300 participants to finish the race will receive a 2018 Covington 5K commemorative medal.
