Raise money for Elkins Bookhounds 2020
Captain: Laura Hill
Cause: With dogged determination, the Friends of the Elkins-Randolph Public Library are raising funds to support materials, programs, services, and building renovation and expansion, all of which are not in the Library's annual operating budget. As an added "bonus" funds raised will also help the Library meet its match requirements for state grant-in-aid funding.
