She Runs the Fox

For the first time in the history of this LADIES ONLY race, men are allowed to register, but with some rules:

• Men will start 10 minutes after the women. This is not a "wave" start. For the men, 10 minutes will be automatically added to your time.
• If a man would like to start with the women, they will need to "dress up" in female appropriate attire (skirt, heels, etc.) and be approved by the She Runs the Fox judges.

Race day registration and packet pick-up: 5:00 PM at Bar Evolution

Race start: River & Spring Street

Start times

• Women: 6:30 PM
• Men: 6:40 PM

Must be registered by May 10, 2022, to guarantee your shirt/size

Included in your registration fee

• Post-race party at Bar Evolution with post-race food and one complimentary glass of wine (participants over 21, of course!)

This is a great 5K course!

• Start at River Street and Spring Street
• Head south to the Fox River bridge/trail along the west side river path
• Cross the river
• Head east to finish near Bar Evolution for the post-race party!
