WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...
- Ages 19+
- Must adhere to and RESPECT all course rules, regulations, trails and venue property. Participants who do not adhere to these rules will be escorted from the event.
- No refunds on entries or payments. Bib Transfers available until October 11th.
- You may use your "Complimentary Drink Ticket" located on the bottom of your bib before the race at the Outdoor Vendor Tents starting at 10:15am. You ARE NOT to bring your drink along the course with you, so please finish your beverage before you cross the start line at 12PM. Anyone not adhering to the above rule will have their beverage taken away.
- Food is available for PRE-PURCHASE ONLY! We recommend you add on food tickets during your registration, or purchase them from the event STORE before Oct 11th by entering your confirmation number. You WILL NOT be able to purchase Hamburgers or Hot Dogs on race day!
- If you requested to pick up your pre purchased tickets at Swag Bag Pickup, they will be attached to your Swag Bag.
- If you requested to pick up on race day, they can be picked up after you cross the finish line under the White Check In Tents. If they are not attached to your Swag Bag, that means you chose during your registration to pick up on race day!
- Parking is very limited! Please car pool or get dropped off.
- There will be no bag check. Please pack/prepare accordingly.
- Please dress accordingly to forecast. This is an outdoor event and will move forward if raining.
- Registration closes October 11, 2023. There will be NO same day registration for this event.
- In case of severe inclimate weather, our alternative rain date will be Sunday, October 22, 2023.

BEVERAGE TICKETS $7 (Cash, Debit or Credit)
Beverage Tickets for the Outdoor Vendors can be pre purchased during Registration OR purchased on Race Day under the White Tents after you cross the finish line. Drink Tickets must be purchased to hand in at the Kingsville Brewing, Crafty Elk or The Country Way (Kombucha-non alcoholic option) vendor tents. They will not be taking cash payments. NO REFUNDS ON UNUSED TICKETS
FOOD TICKETS $7 (Only available for Pre Purchase during Registration or EVENT STORE before October 11th)
Food Tickets can only be PRE PURCHASED during Registration OR purchased in the EVENT STORE prior to October 11th. There will be NO food tickets available for sale on race day. NO REFUNDS ON UNUSED TICKETS
GAME TICKETS $5 for 3 chances (Cash, Debit or Credit)
Game Tickets can be pre purchased during Registration OR purchased on Race Day under the White Tents after you cross the finish line. If you aren't purchasing these tickets with Debit or Credit, you can pay with cash directly at the games. NO REFUNDS ON UNUSED TICKETS
