Sexual violence impacts us all. The pain is often reflected in the faces of the people you see every day at your job, in the community, and even within your family. A recent study indicates that more than 50 percent of women and 1 out of 3 men will experience some form of sexual violence in their lifetime.
Every 68 seconds someone is sexually assaulted in the United States. Based on last year's average finishing time of 24 minutes, 21 people became survivors in that brief window of time.
Join us as we use this walk/run and our Color It Blue campaign to encourage survivors, loved ones, allies and the community to embody their advocacy and initiate new conversations about this pervasive issue.

Here's how it works...

 | Run, walk, or hike a 5K (3.1 miles) between April 1 and April 8, 2024. |
 | Submit your time into the Virtual Results. We'll even show you how to do it automatically with the ASICS Runkeeper™ Running Tracker App! |
 | Share your experience! We're on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter @ABraveStep. |
