My Story…
I'm a Heart Failure patient at Sanger Heart and Vascular since 2013. Sanger and Cardiac Rehab are the best things to happen to me as a result of that event! To thank and support all they do for their patients and families I've participated in this event since 2013. It's that time in 2021 to do it again! I hope that you can find it in "your heart" to help me raise funds for this great event and Organization! The great thing about this is your donation goes directly to help those in cardiac rehab program at Sanger.
