My Story…
Welcome to our page! We are fundraising for my sweet Aunt Carol! She is the oldest sister in the Real McCoy 12 and in need lots of prayers and support.
Carol is in need of a double lung transplant. She was diagnosed with Idopathic Lung Disease which causes scarring on her lungs preventing her from breathing. There is no cure for this disease and they do not know what causes it. Without a transplant, most patients only survive between 3 and 5 years from the date of diagnosis.
Carol is on oxygen 24x7 and even with that struggles to breathe with any movement.
We are asking that you join us for this virtual 5k to support Carol and all of the expenses that are associated with her transplant including the non rejection medication she will take for the rest of her life.
