We need volunteers!
There are five ways you can assist us by volunteering your time to ensure the Charlotte Running Club Winter Classic goes smoothly for the participants
Packet Pickup @ Omega Sports-Park Rd - Saturday 2/5 from 12:00pm - 4pm
- assisting with packet pickup by handing out bibs and hoodies to registered participants
Race Day Packet Pickup - Sunday 2/6 from 9am - 11:45am
- assisting with packet pickup by handing out bibs and hoodies to registered participants
Course attendant - Sunday 2/6 from 10:30am - 1:30pm
- directing participants on the race course for both 8K races
Water Stop attendant - Sunday 2/6 from 10:30am - 1:30pm
- assisting with restocking the water stop
Post-race food & beverage attendant - Sunday 2/6 from 10:30am - 1:30pm
- assisting with restocking the food and beverage table
