My Story…
HELLO FRIENDS & FAMILY!
Ryan and I are running the 5K again this year (THIS TIME VIRTUALLY!)
We're getting up early on Saturday June 25 to raise money (with your help) for some really important causes.
LAST YEAR we met my goal of $900 -- so this year I have set the goal to surpass last year to $999.99 (Just a smidge more than the total we raised last year, and a real bargain for my USA friends at $777 USD total!).

IT MEANS A LOT, AND IT SUPPORTS IMPORTANT CHARITIES AND IMPORTANT WORK IN MANY COMMUNITIES.
(Especially means a lot cause you all know I'm not a real runner which is part of my motivation to do this with Ryan

Again this year, more than ever helping one another and paying it forward has never felt so important to us - especially for all those communities who feel like their rights are being threatened, and need extra support. This is one tiny way that we feel we can try to be part of the solution, and put some positive energy out there to inspire others (and some dollars in the hands of folks doing good work)

Hi friends!
I’m participating in the pride & remembrance run, and I’m so excited to run with pride!
I need your support, as the run is raising funds for 6 incredible non-profit organizations that are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: AIDS Committee of Toronto, Fife House, Gilbert Centre, HQ Toronto, Rainbow Railroad, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.
It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every gift over $20. Every donation matters, as we try to reach our goal of raising $250,000 this year! The projects and initiatives that these non-profits are developing will make a difference to so many members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and I would be so grateful for your donation.
