My Story…
Hi everyone!
This June, I’m once again participating in the pride & remembrance run! I was so touched by the support of so many last year. It's wild to say that it feel more dangerous now to be queer or trans than it did when I first did this race 15 years ago. The need is imperative.
It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every donation over $20. The run is raising funds for 5 incredible non-profit organizations that are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: AndThenIWasFree, Durham Alliance Outreach, Rainbow Faith and Freedom, Toronto People With AIDS Foundation, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.
I'm once again running with the awesome Queer East Run Crew team, and we would love your support. And on an extra-special note, my daughter, Emmy, is also running and fundraising this year. You can sponsor her here.

The projects and initiatives that these organizations are developing will make a difference to so many members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and I would be so grateful for your donation.
