I started running again to model to my foster daughter what prioritizing your health and wellness looks like. No matter what is going on, it’s important to still show up for yourself. I’m doing this “so she can” and will believe that she is capable of more than she knows! I chose the Brain Care Centre as my fundraising organization as I suffered from 6 concussions in 2016 and my life was forever changed. It took many years of rehab and therapy to recover and I believe that everyone should have access to those resources to get their lives back.
