Our story…
KDP! Come join us in this celebration of Juneteenth! Get your steps in, live in Dallas, totaling at least 2.5 miles to commemorate the 2.5 years it took for the last enslaved people in Texas to get notified they were free.
The 2024 Dallas walk will start at the African American Museum of Dallas (3536 Grand Ave, Dallas, TX) at 9am CT. We also have a virtual team if you are not based in DFW or are unable to attend live.
Donations are not required to participate, but across our two teams our goal is to raise $619. You can also donate without participating in the walk. Remember, any donations made to Unity Unlimited, Inc. can be matched via KDP's Engage for Good program at https://kdrp.benevity.org/cause/840-752901335.
