15km Walk: Starts @ 7:05 A.M.
15km Run Starts @ 7:30 A.M.
5km Fun Run/Walk: Starts @ 7:35 A.M.
2.5km Family Fun Event ( Individual & Team) : Starts @ 7:40 A.M.
There are 2 water stations on the course. Depending on your event, you will pass one or both stations twice.
Sports drink (Gatorade) and water will be available at both stations.
The Canada One/Subaru water station is located on River Valley Road and the Metta Yoga water station is located at the top of Emily Murphy hill.
BAG DROP There is a bag drop located in the Athletes area at the Legislature Grounds.
PLEASE BE EARLY Please make sure that if you are picking up your package or dropping a bag in the bag drop that you give yourself enough time. We will do our best, but there will likely be some line ups.
Assistance - If you find yourself in need of assistance on the course, please contact any of our volunteers and they will be able to call for help. We also have First Aid available at the Legislature Grounds.
