My Story…
Hi I’m Lex, a 25 year old university student. I decided to participate in the 2024 Super Hero Run in honour of my friend Candace, who passed away in 2015 from a spinal tumour. This October she and I would have been celebrating our 26th birthdays. As the rest of us are moving into the next phase of our lives, I wanted to do something to remember her and keep her close to our hearts. My hope is that the money raised for this run will help other children with cancer be able to celebrate their 25th, 30th and 80th birthdays one day! Thank you for all your support!
