At 23 weeks pregnant, doctors discovered that my baby had stopped growing. A few devastating days later, on May 6, 2020, I gave birth to the tiniest baby I'd ever seen. He was very small and weak, and sadly he passed during labour. Sweet little Magnus Catt Stoneman was precious in every way. Although he was too small and frail to survive in the world, he will live forever in our hearts. 

Pregnancy loss is devastating, however, the resources in the Bridget's Bunnies care package helped tremendously to deal with the grief felt by myself, my husband, and also Magnus’s grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins, and our close friends. 

Since then, both of my sisters have also suffered from the loss of a pregnancy. Although our experiences were all different, our friends and family felt a similar pain from their losses. The supports and resources from Bridget's Bunnies have been much appreciated for helping us cope with the grief.

We are walking to raise awareness of pregnancy and infant loss, and raise money so Bridget's Bunnies can continue to support other families. I hope that with donations to Team Magnus, families impacted by infant and pregnancy loss can get the support they need.
