My Story…
My father was a signalman in the Canadian Navy and fought in WWII. He didn’t share much about his war experience but he always said if there’s a charity to support it should be The Salvation Army. No matter what the circumstance the Salvation Army was always there to support the veterans and their families. And that’s why I’ve chosen to walk in the Santa Shuffle in honour of my father and all the Canadian veterans.
