As we approach the 3rd Annual Be Johnathan Strong 5K, we’re reaching out to our incredible community at PMI to invite you to be a part of something truly meaningful.

This event, hosted by Melanated Melon, holds a special place in our hearts. It was established in honor of Johnathan McCain, a brave young man who tragically lost his battle to NUT Midline Carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer, at just 15 years old. Johnathan’s spirit, strength, and determination to keep fighting, even in the face of overwhelming adversity, inspire us every day. The Be Johnathan Strong 5K is not just a run; it's a movement to raise awareness and much-needed funds for research into NUT Midline Carcinoma and other rare cancers.

As a PMI Chapter that has always championed teamwork, perseverance, and making an impact, we believe this cause aligns perfectly with our values. Just as we work together to drive success in our professional projects, we now have the opportunity to come together and create lasting change in the lives of children and families who are battling this devastating disease.
