Help us raise money

Boyd and I are running the 5K Brita Night Run, you may or may not know Boyd has been talking about running a half marathon for years. Grandma (Joanne) Parker thought this goal of his was adorable but also hilarious. So when she passed away this April I decided no more excuses I was going to sign us up for a 5K run to help him train for his eventual half marathon lol. So here we are doing a run that offers beer as a prize at the finish line. No need to worry we will document the many phases of Boyd throughout the run, and will update everyone on whether he came in last. 

Any funds donated to our team go to support the Special Olympics Alberta Association, who are dedicated to enriching the lives of athletes with an intellectual disability through sport. Special Olympics Alberta Association will issue tax receipts after the event for donations of $25 or more.
