I get to see the impact The Salvation Army has on the lives of people in need in our community every day. When you donate to me running a race, you're actually donating to the friends I've made in our shelter, the workers who support them everyday in getting sober, finding housing, and turning their lives around. You're donating to our nurses as they do foot care, and wound care, and prescription management. You're donating to our meal centre, which is staffed largely by volunteers, and feeds 100,000 meals to Abbotsford and Mission each year. Thank you for helping me raise money to support these folks this year.
