Heya, lets help Bridget's Bunnies raise money because they are a beacon of hope in a deperate hour.
This is our third run.
BB, has been there for us, pretty much since the loss of Kallume. Kallume, was born Earth-side but however, on his 5th day, experience an cardic attack due to unknown rare genetic disorder.
I greatly wished we had a better support system for when I was having Andre; when I lost him at 12 weeks, utero, there was nothing available. I had to suffer alone and the dark, like it was a bad, taboo subject. BB, is trying to end stimga over pregnancy and infant lost, and shine light on a very harsh reality. I will talk more about Andre now then in past. He was real, he was part of me, and then he was gone.
Due to many reasons, I cannot have children anymore, biologically. I will cherish, I got carried life not once, but twice. Andre and Kallume; they define me. I am honour, to get be a mum, even if it an angel mum.
Description
Bridget's Run for Pregnancy and Infant Loss is a 1km or 5km charity fun run, walk or hop in support of Bridget's Bunnies Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support and individuals and families experiencing loss.
Funds raised by Bridget’s Run support grieving individuals and families in our region and beyond through:
- Bridget’s Bunnies Comfort Kits
- Little Loss Libraries
- Grief Greeting Cards
- the support of local pregnancy and infant loss efforts
