Help ensure no one endures pregnancy or infant loss alone

Thank you for checking out our fundraising page! Our sweet Christopher would be two years old now and when we came home from the hospital after his full-term stillbirth, the comfort kit that we received from Bridget's Bunnies helped us feel less alone. We received a beautiful white bunny that we cherish, books about loss, letters from Bridget's parents and more. All of these things are helpful when you leave the hospital without your baby. By donating to this fundraiser, you are helping Bridget's parents provide comfort kits to grieving families across Ontario.

The way we see it is that we won't get to enrol Christopher in a toddler soccer program this summer or introduce him to hockey this fall. THIS is his thing. We get to do this walk/run in HIS honour! The Bridget's Bunnies Walk/Run is our version of fundraising for Christopher's sports team. I wear my Bridget's Bunnies t-shirt like it's his team jersey. Bridget's Run for Pregnancy and Infant Loss is a 1km or 5km charity fun run, walk or hop in support of Bridget's Bunnies Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support and individuals and families experiencing loss. 

Funds raised by Bridget’s Run support grieving individuals and families in our region and beyond through:

  • Bridget’s Bunnies Comfort Kits
  • Little Loss Libraries 
  • Grief Greeting Cards
  • the support of local pregnancy and infant loss efforts
