My goal is to raise awareness for those that struggle with their mental health and help raise money to provide services for those people to heal from their trauma

Description

This participant has committed to the "5km In Their Boots" fitness challenge fundraising campaign. Your donations directly fund mental health support and suicide prevention programs including the "1st Health for First Responders" health program available for free to all first responders in Alberta. 

Every dollar and every donation makes a difference.... and you help this person receive some nifty gifts.
