My Story…
On November 1st, 2025, my dad and I will stand at the starting line of the Drop Dead 5K in Charlotte—not just to run, but to carry forward the love and legacy of our family. We’re running in remembrance of Lisa & Richie & to raise funds for Pinewood Elmwood Cemetery, at the heart of our journey.
My dad, now 68, has chosen to begin a new chapter of healthy living here in Charlotte. Side by side, we’re training not just for the finish line, but for something bigger—healing, remembrance, and community. For me, this run also marks my 47th birthday, a milestone I feel privileged to celebrate with my dad by my side. Every stride we take is powered by love, memory, and the hope of keeping this sacred ground cared for and our love for them preserved. Your donations & support mean more than words can say, help us reach both our personal and fundraising goals for this purpose. Together, we can keep Mom and Rich's memory alive while building strength for the future!
