💜 Running for my Uncle Dan — Kicking Pancreas 5K This November, my family — Peggy, Tom, Maggie, Max, and I — are lacing up our shoes and joining the Kicking Pancreas 5K Run in Vancouver, BC to raise funds and awareness for pancreatic cancer research. We’re running for my Uncle Dan, who has been courageously fighting for his life for nearly two years. Through endless treatments and incredibly tough days, Uncle Dan continues to inspire all of us with his strength, humor, and love for life. He has always been the heart of our family — the one who brings laughter, positivity, and warmth wherever he goes. His strength reminds me to appreciate every single moment and to hold my loved ones close. This run is my way to honor Uncle Dan’s fight, celebrate his beautiful spirit, and help make a difference for others facing pancreatic cancer. 💜 For Uncle Dan. For hope. For a cure.
