Why I'm running for survival...
J and I are running 5k again this year for the family and friends that are not here to run beside us, and so someday soon, no other families have to hear the words "Pancreatic Cancer".
This run is close to our hearts, and a run I'll tackle as long as I'm able. Our family has lost a cousin, an aunt, a father-in-law and a few good friends to this horrible disease. With every step we run, we are that much closer to helping find a cure.
