Help Heather raise money

Hello, please help me raise funds for women’s mental health, a cause near and dear to me. Women face mental health issues that need your support and often get overlooked. My mental health suffered from pregnancy losses that I was ashamed of despite how normal I knew this was. I met many women suffering similar struggles along my journey. There are so many unique challenges facing women from all walks of life and they need our help! I hope to honour this through running and fundraising for this cause, supporting  services, research and other women in the future.
