Who can participate in the run?
Everybody can join the race to help the planet. However, there are additional requirements for certain age groups per category.
● For 10K, participants must be 16 years and above
● For 3K and 5K, participants must be 13 years and above
Children aged 12 and below are welcome to join the run, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants under 18 must secure consent from their parent or guardian and complete the entry form, ensuring the mandatory inclusion of the parent or guardian's signature.

Why do I need to create an account at Race Roster?
Since RUNRIO will be using Race Roster platform:
● It will help you save time logging in for the next race.
● Access to your transaction history and your confirmation receipts.
● An account hub to stay connected with each event that you signed up
● Stay updated with upcoming events
Can I transfer my registration to another runner?
As stated on the waiver, registration is non-transferrable.
After successfully registering, can I change my category?
No. Registration is non-transferrable.
Can I withdraw my registration and get a refund?
Yes you can withdraw, however the registration is non-refundable.
Can I change my category and singlet/shirt size after registration?
Category and size cannot be changed or updated after registration.
When will I get my GForest Digital Certificate?
You will receive your GForest Tree Certificate on the Race Day.
Where can I leave my belongings?
Baggage deposit facilities will be made available for you. We recommend you arrive earlier than your gun time to deposit your bags to avoid delays.
You must deposit your baggage/s at designated baggage deposit tents for your particular distance.
While maximum care and security will be enforced, the organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delays in retrieving bags.
We strongly advise that you do not leave any valuables in your bags. The race organizer and any of its sponsors will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal items.
Will there be available parking areas for participants?
Yes, there will be parking spaces within Ayala Triangle, but they are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants may want to consider nearby parking options, such as:

3. Steel Parking (near Glorietta 2)
4. Salcedo / Legazpi Area Open Parking Slots
For those riding bikes, please bring your own locks, as management will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
Will there be available changing areas on race day?
Yes, there will be changing areas and portalets inside the activity area.
DOG CATEGORY
Can a dog run with 2 masters?
Yes, as long as the 2nd master is registered in another category.
Can my dogs run without the leash?
All dogs should be on leash at all times.
