My Story…
In our community, far too many women and children are facing the pain and fear of partner and family violence. Sadly, NB has the highest rate in Atlantic Canada, and many cases go unreported. These are our neighbors, friends and family members…people who deserve safety, healing and hope.
I’m running again this year supporting the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Center which provides critical resources like safe housing, counseling and support to help survivors rebuild their lives. Last year, they provided support to more than 300 women and children in our community. Every donation helps and goes toward making a real difference in helping a mom find a safe place to sleep or giving a child a reason to smile again.
If you are able to, please consider donating. You can donate directly here, and if you are not able to donate you can help by spreading the word. Let’s show the women and children who are struggling that they are not alone. Let’s wrap our community arms around them with love and support.
Donate to help Dawn raise money for Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women - Moncton 2025’s fundraising campaign.
