My Story…
As someone who suffers from generalized anxiety disorder and depression, the run for women is a cause near and dear to my heart. I have faced my own battles and felt it firsthand the difficulties of living and struggling with my own mental health. I want to help end the stigma of mental health and do what I can to help one person going through what I went through when I really struggled with my mental health in 2019.
