Here I go again!!!

Race location: UBC Farm (3461 Ross Drive, Vancouver, BC V6T 1W5) 

Start Time: 9:15 a.m. – 10k start 

Having worked for SDM for almost a decade, I’ve run the 10km race for women’s health in Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa, and Victoria! Intending to run every location in Canada to raise money, this year, I’m completing one close to home and close to the heart as I work with the BC Women's and Children’s Hospital in Vancouver! 

Funds raised through this year’s event for the BC Women’s Health Foundation will support the Reproductive Mental Health Program at BC Women’s Hospital as it conducts critically needed research and develops innovative treatments for women in BC experiencing pregnancy-related mental health concerns.

The Reproductive Mental Health Program at BC Women’s Foundation is a centre of excellence and a national leader specializing in the assessment and treatment of women with psychiatric illnesses during the perinatal period.

This program is the provincial source for best practice guidelines and is committed to educating healthcare providers across the province. However, this influential site lacks a research program that is integrated with clinical care. Your donation today will contribute to a research program that will help bridge this gap in knowledge!
