Our team, "CW Every Step Counts," is made up of staff from the Township of Centre Wellington. During our lunch hour during the first week of May, we come together to complete a virtual 5K walk in support of mental health initiatives for women in our region. While I can’t speak for everyone in the group, I personally walk to support individuals in my community who face mental health challenges and need access to resources and support.
