I’m fundraising to support the growing recognition and support of women’s mental health — something that, for too long, was misunderstood or ignored. Historically, women’s emotional and mental well-being was dismissed, labeled, or brushed aside. We were often expected to stay quiet, to cope in silence, or to carry the weight without being seen. But that’s changing — and I want to be part of that change. This cause is close to my heart because I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered when it comes to her mental health. We’ve come a long way, but there’s still work to do — in breaking stigma, in improving access to care, and in creating space for honest conversations. I’m fundraising to help move that progress forward — for the women who didn’t have the support they needed, for those who are still navigating their journey, and for future generations who deserve better.
