Hi, I’m Ebere—an IT Professional, Certified Trauma & Resilience Life Coach, and passionate advocate for women’s mental health. I believe every woman deserves the support and resources to heal, grow, and thrive.
That’s why I’m participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women—to raise awareness and funds for mental health programs that empower women on their journey. 100% of donations go to the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington, directly supporting vital mental health services in our community.
