I'm running to support Women's health – and I need your help!

This May, I’m proud to be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women – Waterloo, in support of CMHA Waterloo Wellington. Every dollar raised helps women in our community access fast, life-changing mental health support — whether they’re facing a crisis, struggling with an eating disorder, or experiencing early signs of psychosis.

I'm running for the moms, daughters, sisters, friends, and every woman who deserves to feel seen, supported, and hopeful. Your donation helps provide the care and connection that so many women urgently need — and reminds them that recovery is possible and they are never alone.
