Mon histoire…
As a career social worker in the fields of mental health and addictions and as a mother, a sister, an aunt and a friend, I truly understand the importance of living a life that promotes healthy wellbeing and mental health. For many, that does not come easily so anything we can do to support others formally and informally is critical.
In one small gesture, I will be walking with my son to support this cause. What a wonderful way to fill my heart!!
