Help Katlyn raise money

On May 10, 2025, Evie and I will be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women in Waterloo. This event is more than just a walk for us; it's a step towards a future where mental health support is accessible to all women in our community.

As a new mother, I've come to understand the profound importance of mental well-being. The journey of motherhood is filled with joy, challenges, and moments of self-discovery. I want my daughter to grow up in a world where seeking mental health support is normalized and encouraged.

By participating in this event, we're supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington. Funds raised will aid in providing crucial services for women facing crises, battling eating disorders, or experiencing early psychosis. These programs are vital for the resilience and recovery of many women in our community. 

Every donation brings us closer to a community where mental health resources are readily available and stigma-free. Together, we can make a difference.
