I'm Running My First Official 10K – For a Cause That’s Close to My Heart

At the end of May, I’ll be running my first official 10K race. This isn’t just a personal milestone – it’s a way for me to support a cause that means a great deal to me: mental health.

Earlier this year, I lost my dad, and it’s been one of the hardest experiences of my life. Since his passing in January, I’ve increased my running as a way to clear my head, process my grief, and find some peace. I’ve also been seeking professional support, and I’m a strong believer in the importance of caring for our mental health – in both the hard times and the everyday moments.
