Help Kiran raise money

As daughters of immigrant families mental health was not always at the forefront growing up. Often times there was a lot of pressure and expectations but no understanding or focus on the impact that was having on our mental health. However as we have gotten older we have really begun focusing on our own mental health journeys through learning and unlearning. Each of us have had our own unique experiences and challenges which has really heightened our awareness on the importance of mental wellbeing. We hope by participating in this run we are able to raise awareness for women’s mental health, but also that we can be a positive example for our kids by normalizing mental health and the importance of movement.
