For the past three years, my family and I have taken part in the Run for Women in Markham—a meaningful event supporting women’s mental health programs through the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.

This year, due to an unfortunate injury, my wife won’t be running—but she’ll be cheering us on and is determined to come back even stronger next year.
