I’m lacing up my runners to support women’s health — and I need your help!

I’m participating in a run to raise funds for the Shoppers Foundation for Women’s Health™, a cause dedicated to making sure every woman in Canada has the care, support, and research she deserves.

Women experience depression and anxiety twice as often as men and are three times more likely to face barriers to getting the care they need.

Let’s run (and fundraise!) toward a future where every woman has the opportunity to live her healthiest life.
