I’m running a 5K at the end of this month to raise funds for women’s mental health—an issue that is not only central to my professional life, but also deeply personal. As someone who works in this field and has experienced firsthand the importance of accessible, compassionate mental health care, I know how life-changing these resources can be. Women’s mental health matters, and with your support, we can help make sure no one has to navigate it alone.
